    As always, effing amazing! I do have that mod Cloaks & Capes of Skyrim I think its called, it adds capes to the Guards of each faction. Will they work together, do you think?

    So I gave that a try, but unfortunately on console you have to remove all of the extra bones and then reweight those pieces, which I am at a loss on how to do.

    Would it be possible to get a non-smp version? Unfortunately I've never been able to use any of the HDT-SMP mods that people create because I play on a different platform and port any mods that I want into my drafts so that there is no public access, only personal.

    So I'm a little bit confused. Do you need both ESP's for the mod to work? The ESP over on Nexus is called Lucien.esp, and the download here is called Lucien Replacer New.esp. Will this mod require both, or just use the one esp from this mod along with all the files from the other mod?

    So I downloaded this and tried using it, but everytime I try to load in the xml document like the directions say, I get the message "Could not load reference Nif file." Do you any way of fixing this, or what I could have done wrong?
