loading time has been reduced to 5 or 3 seconds depending on the area

I managed to make a twink using the SAM high poly head, with SavrenX's pretty face texture. I actually have a before and after shot of the pretty face texture so that we can see the difference. I don't really use poses and stuff but you can at least see the face on my basic pictures, haha. ^^'

It looks like the colors show up a lot more vividly - I didn't change any color settings between these pictures, the pretty face texture just lets all my color options actually show up a lot more clearly! Honestly, it kinda makes me think of the red lip coloring and blush people get after giving a blowjob. LOL! Also, his face looks much smoother from all angles and lightings. The other texture was already smooth, but in some places it still looked slightly rough. This pretty texture helps to remove that issue.  

I wish I could make a face like what Melon created for his vilkas and onmund replacers on the nexus for LE - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/74140/ - possibly one of the cutest faces I've seen for Skyrim, but oh well, I'll just have to go with this since I use SE!

Oh, by the way, I took these pictures on my phone so if the quality seems slightly lower than it should be, that is why!

I've had this same problem a couple of weeks ago, but I found out that with Cathedral Assets Optimizer and Copy Character Appearance it's really easy to port NPC mods to SE and use them as base to do something else. You Just need to convert the mod (a completely automated process), meet the NPC in game and then use the Copy character Appearance command to transform into an exact copy of the NPC. From there I think you can keep sculpting him further if you want to keep him for yourself or you can export him as a preset and make a standalone follower with his head. I made a very simple follower out of his Cicero, although this process is a little more complicated since it requires messing with the facegen data, but is thoughoutly explained in this guide.

Also here goes my first comment on the site! I've been watching silently for a LONG while and I love what you do here! Your work really made Skyrim more enjoyable, and I hope I'll be able to contribute something sooner or later. I don't have Skyrim installed at the moment otherwise I'd have shared some pics of my Dragonborn and Karma (made with the head from Melon's Cicero). I'll make up for it sooner or later though 😛

I edited L'ert Male Nord Racemenu Preset https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/42875 a bit and here is the result

Over the years people have added certain clothing and weapons from anime to Skyrim, but never include the actual anime character. Sasuke Uchiha has come to Skyrim!! And his nudes have been leaked!!! If you're unfamiliar with this character that's ok, but if you are i'm sure these pics scratch an itch you never knew you had  I'm positive this creation, along side the uchiha clan/naruto overhaul mod is the closest thing to Sasuke literally existing in the Skyrim universe haha, and i'm quite happy to present this to you.

You're right, I never knew I needed this lol. You think you could share him as a standalone follower, or if there are permission troubles even just as a Racemenu preset/head nif? I would love to put him together myself once I get my Skyrim up and running again.

There are quite a few mods that went into it and i would have to ask for permission, im not worried about anyone declining, but im so burnt out getting this to work im not quite ready to dive into another trial and error session; in particular the difficulty was in the outfit and the hair which are HDT-SMP enabled, but they are from LE. I also had to convert this outfit to SAM or else i couldn't use SAM (clearly not an option). It wasn't easy at all converting XML files, editing NIFs, and bodyslide which im all very new to. It was also very, very difficult getting any help along the way from anyone anywhere, this took forever. I will keep it in mind though and i'll see if i can learn making followers out of them later, and with proper permission of course

What accessories are on the fairy? The armor set should be Kreiste's Elementalist but I have not seen flowing silk before. Is it part of a set or spells effect? Thank you!
