For anybody struggling to get the Face Parts slider to appear in RaceMenu, it's likely because you've installed the wrong version of RaceMenu. It's super confusing, but you need to install the latest Anniversary Edition of RaceMenu, even if you're using just Special Edition Skyrim without the Anniversary Edition upgrade DLC. That had me stumped for ages.
