I'm getting a gap when using this. I also have Savren's BILF body built with this, would that be the cause? Editing to say BILF isn't the cause. I'm checking the bodyslide files and nothing seems to be off, so I'm not sure why it's acting up in-game. -

What I do is create a new save, close the game, hide or move the SOS dll file temporarily, load into the save you made and create another new save, then close the game and unhide or move the dll file back. From there, there should be no complaint. -
