I don't know if you're talking about samson/samuel sliders but if you are then check the comments section, an user named Air posted a fix

keep in mind though this conversion by SavrenX is the equip version of El men underwear which you can't use with other armors because it uses the body slot, while the conversion provided by rhavik is the layer version, which you can use alongisde other armors because it uses another slot, slot 52 to be specific, so functioning like real underwear interestingly, the conversion by rhavik works for SAM Light, I just installed without chaging the form nor messing with the meshes, and after seeing it works fine ingame, I opened the esp in ck to save in form 44 and eslfied the esp I can use it just fine with armors that use SAM Light body

no unfortunately it doesn't, this is a conversion of the equipable version of el men underwear, it would be perfect to have the layered version aswell I wonder if I just change the slot in sseedit is enough or if it also needs changes in the meshes itself through nifskope -

charras and lalak was at the lowest in load order but still doesn't work I also don't mind simple followers, I rather have simple NPCs ah and I forgot to mention I don't use NFF or any other follower framework really, just vanilla oh well -

oh I see, I personally don't have a lot of followers and not too many modded NPCs, so it would be no problem for me and my computer can handle it besides, I don't use sexlab I use another framework and don't plan on switching and every framework is incompatible with each other I'm really sad that I can't download these handsome men because of incompatibility that's why I asked for a simple follower version of these hunks I tried your followers lalak&charras and their scripts never work for me, that's why I only use simple followers -
