I understand your problem. The way it was imported to bodyslide is very easy to solve. You simply need to move the whole quarter in Z axis to match up with the sam body which should be your reference.

As Zoran said, check your output path, put it in overwrites or anywhere you like. Then, in the left part (low weight), always set weight to 0; and in the right part (high weight), set weight to 1. -
