About This File

A lot was lost when Hall of Torque stopped hosting files including everything needed to mod SAM, so i'm re-uploading these files for modders who want to make SAM even more amazing then it already is, the main highlight of this package is the ability to refit or make new armor and clothing for SAM.

*Disclaimers*

1. The PDF Refitting Tutorial included was made for Body Slide 2 and Nifskope 1.1.3, Not for current versions, interface and other changes are likely to appear.

2. I'm not a modder myself and won't be able help anyone with these files, if you need help, please start a thread in the forum's.

I.... Really Really has wanted it, since I chose SAM body. Finally, I got it!!! I really hope I can refit by this tool. Thank you!!!

Wow thanks so much rtim much appreciated! All I really wanted was to have Conan Barbarian Hero armour be SAM compatible, but unfortunately that was also taken down... so at least now hopefully I can make a decent refit :)

i'm glad you're both happy, Chompy gave me his backup's after messaging me after i posted a request for them, i must say, i quickly realized i was a little over my head trying to refit things, anyway, i hope you two have fun modding and maybe we can see you works uploaded here or lovers lab someday.

This guide is confusing. The Samson and Samuel .nifs files do not have the bodies in it, and you require us to get the samson and samuel objs but there is not body to get them from...then when you comment on our nifs not having bodies, you say to ignore it. 

You told us to not copy ref in outfit studio but it seems like you need to...

How do we get the samuel and samson bodies to make them into objs

The folder "SAM NIF Libraries" has the nifs with the samson and samuel bodies.

However it's not really necessary to use them, since the purpose of getting OBJ files is to obtain BSD files and the BSD files for the bodies are already provided (in a folder within that folder)

Another quick thing. I was able to get the body transfer working, however it deletes the body hair that I have set for my character. Is there anyway to fix this?

what do you mean by body transfer? you did a refit and when your character wears it, it makes his body hair disappear?

I really wanted someone to teach me how to wear and make new clothes, I would be very happy, at the moment I am not able to afford clothes. ?

      Heya! I apologize in advance if this question has been asked here before or if this has an easy solution.
      Been messing around with Skyrim mods for a while and I’ve gotten into the bodyslide program which works absolutely beautiful with CBBE. But I’ve noticed that there isn’t really a option to edit the SAM bodies in it. Is there a way I could make my own SAM body presets in the program and use them in game? I would really like to edit the SAM bodies and not just have full customization with Women.

      SAM - El Men's Underwear

      This is a conversion of El Men's Underwear: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/80618/? by Elza to the SAM body. I did not include the textures, so you must download and install the original mod to use this. Download one of the two "equip versions" of the mod. Either 1k or 2k textures, and then install my mod over the top of it. 
      The included esp changes the equip slot of the underwear to use slot 52. In addition, I changed all of the names of the underwear from numbers to what the description of the design is, so you know which ones are which. 
      To obtain these either use an additem code, or buy them from Radiant Raiment.
      Credits: Elza (aulie) for the original mod, VectorPlexus for SAM.
