Yes, those textures are Hymnaru's. He hasn't posted them here, because of some reasons:

I think they mean only the hair, no skin texture. Presumably to use as a RaceMenu overlay/tattoo.

I don't have this.
Hair should be able to peel off from dds.
but I do not know how.
