How to add tattoo to a standalone follower?

actually i am trying to  making a standalone followe these days. but i don't know add the body  tattoo  to the follwer 

anyone know how to do it? thank you

I think you can only do it manually. That's how I did it via Programs that let yo uedit Images like GIMP.

I am not sure if this is exactly what you want, but with the mod called The Manipulator that you can find on loverslab, you can add tattoos to your followers using racemenu. Check it out just in case!
