I use Blender and this amazingly helpful tutorial.

It looks more complicated than it is and Blender takes a little getting used to, but you'll get the hang of it.

I modified the face a lot to be able to fit the hair of the HG Hairdos LE package, since the Hair of the package cannot be touched.
Final result was satisfactory.

Sam softer skin. This is for specific build like young person or smoother skin. Reduced skin pores depth little bit and smoother custom specular. Certainly not for rough build. More like for porn star who want look handsome and artistic in front of camera XD. Of couse the skin details automatically included. HD genitals too.
