Help! Converting Custom Followers to SAM

Hello!

I downloaded this mod, https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/78609 , and I was hoping to use SAM on these companions but it doesn't seem to work. Does anyone have any idea why? I was looking forward to running my own Final Fantasy-esque group but I wanted more diversity than just rail-thin dudes. Any help would be super appreciated!

They come with their own Body, that's why.

I know, I've been messing around with swapping the bodies but I've had no luck thus far

If you are using SAM for LE then you have to set the Skin on each Character to default or none.

They use female heads I think, so maybe there'll be a gap.

Those followers are HEAVILY modded. Even if you managed to get them into SAM bodies, they wont look anything like the images. Your best bet is to get the YgNord race working with SAM for the FF style characters. Best of luck!
