Okay thank you for letting me know. I'm pretty sure I know what the issue is and it's my fault for uploading this at like 3am lol.

To be honest I completely forgot the Penitus Oculatus armor uses the same mesh as the Tulius armor (which is an annoying mesh to edit) but I have an idea.

Hi, this armor isn't appearing correctly in my game. Unless I have my weight values set to 0 or 100, gaps start to appear at the neck, wrists, and ankles. At any value between these the main body seems to stay the same as at 0 value, but the neck/wrists/ankles start to morph and cause the gaps. Changing the Samson sliders at these values does not seem to cause the issue (forgot to check with Samuel). I am not running any other mods that alter these armors. Your Sons of Talos armor is working correctly however.

Can you take sceenshots? I just tested all of the armors and the only time I ended up with weird gaps was when I used the SAM weight slider, and only around the neck.

Okay yeah that's bad. Is this only when you aren't wearing gloves/gauntlets and boots?

Without the boots and gauntlets you can't see, since it covers. BUt the neck is still bad gaping. I had that in your first Version aswell BUT I just changed the weight and then it looks all normal as you see in my odl Screenshots. The Weights seems to be on 0 only.. :o All my guards are slim xD

Hmm. That's concerning because I don't know what's causing it since I make all my armor/clothes the same way. I don't know why it's the Imperials always giving me trouble lol.

Sorry for the late reply but my problem is identical to what is shown in @Darnexx's post. Those gaps appear from weight values 1-99, while not appearing at 0 and 100 weight values. The broken values seem to be stuck using the *_0.nif mesh of the body.

Can confirm that weights 1-99 are not correctly morphing. I'm by no means a modder (the creation kit is too spooky for me personally) but I looked up the issue and found this topic on the nexus forum where people are suggesting it is an issue with the .esp file, maybe that topic would help diagnose the problem?

Anyways, y'all made me push my character to weight 100 in order to get this screenshot so as a punishment you have to look at my character with a little more beef than usual. Terrible, I know. :D

I am also having the exact same issue as Darnex and ROFLcopter. I decided I would just uninstall the mod. (If I had any passable knowledge of modding I would attempt to find a fix myself.) It looks really nice, though, and I'm eager to use it once a fix is found!

Well done, you've fixed it. :) The only thing I saw was General Tullius Underwear was still in missing textures. :)

Turns out I somehow goofed and used _0 and _1 meshes that weren't exactly the same and that was what caused the weight slider issue.

And thank you for letting me know, I uploaded a file with the underwear texture.
