It’s a FOMOD installer. You’ll be given the choice what texture set to use when you activate/install this mod. The textures are shown in game immediately on next launch.

You are using NMM, yes? It's possible that NMM doesn't have the capability to handle split files. Try this:

• Download and install 7zip if you don't have it already
• Open the 7zip file manager and navigate to the folder containing the split files
• Select the .001 file
• In the toolbar, click on File -> Combine files... -> OK

This will create a combined 7z file that NMM should be able to use.

Issues like that are the result of using a CDN, are region-specific and aren't resolvable on our end. Each subsequent download attempt actually increases your chances of a successful download. I'm readying an alternative Google Drive link, though.

I wasn't expecting that for a second, but I was able to compress the entire bundle into a 465Mb file. That means I might not have to host it on Google Drive. Please, try this link instead and tell me how it goes:

Checked it out. So far everything looks great, I only dislike these white spots on the Khajiit, looks pretty weird.

Those are optional, though. Personally, i use Masculine Khajiit Textures for SAM instead.

Updated the archive once again as per this post by @good0593. Kudos to @Melesse for updating the FOMOD config.

Unfortunately, file size exceeds 512Mb this time, which means the direct download link is no longer cached by Cloudflare. Feedback on worldwide downloadability would be appreciated.

I remember that NMM warned about a problem, something like less muscular feature "was not compatible with some of my mods, I am only using SAM with the HD textures (I was using Drachis Argonian Males and Covered Khajiits, but tried again after uninstalling them which did not work anyway).

So I wanted to know if there already was a topic on which the installation process and the requirements were explained, and if not I would be grateful if someone could tell me how to solve my problem.

Edit : Only Argonians and Khajiits seem to be affected by the mod (I let this mod overwrite everything when installing (but  it only asks me if it should overwrite argonians and khajiits  related SAM files)).

What options did you choose on the first page of the installer?

Ok, I tried using those options exactly, and everything is getting installed correctly. Maybe try the new version? 

You could also try only choosing options on the first page, nothing on the second page, see if that changes anything.
