Refit SoS cocks for SAM

After doing some digging I saw the ability to utilize SoS and SAM together to utilize a variety of cock shapes. Ideally my goal is to find a way to make SoS cocks like the Bad Dogs Orc, Hoodies, and Lykainos to fit with SAM bodies. Is the only way based on reading to edit the meshes to line up with SAM or is there a work around?

Unless someone manages to create a slider that morphs the base to line up with SAM's hole no, there isn't any workaround.
