cant get skyrim to work with any mods

ive got skyrim se on steam and i cant get it to work with any mods at this point im willing to let someone remote desktop so they can see what the hell is going on and help if anyone is willing. i cant figure out how to delete mods so they dont show up in mod organizer. i use to be able to do this shit but now ive forgotten how and nothing makes sense i have no idea what im doing

Via Steam, right click on Skyrim Special Edition then hover over Manage > Browse local files and click it. In the Skyrim Special Edition directory, delete everything. Now go to Documents\My Games and delete the Skyrim Special Edition folder. Reinstall Skyrim and look up guides on how to properly install mods. Also, before you install any mods, remember to launch the game at least once.
