three types of mods here?

i did a conversion big whoop , that is not all i want to do, use other peoples ideas rearrange them  put them threw gimp and call it a mod . In the down load section you have  body mods , clothing mods , and follower mods , i am male and gay so yes naturally i could look a peen all day long and clothing is always good fashion will never die. Followers you walk up to them and demand and they follow . I under stand this is not lovers lab and it sure isn't nexus (oh lord  the gay/straight  marriage mod war yesterday and the day before ) if tastefully done  are we allowed to make story driven  quest mods .  For example the only two gay guys in Skyrim get killed off (Hrodulf and Bjornolfr) what if i make a mod where the player could save them . would that have a home here ?
