Sorry if it has been asked before (or if the question is stupid), but I searched on the forums and couldn't find any information

Would it be possible to install the "Skyrim SE" SAM mod on a hacked Switch?

SKSE isn't available on consoles.  A basic body replacer is the only thing that can be done assuming the console allows custom assets to be used.
