[LE] SAM Installation Guide for Skyrim LE

I'm unfortunately having some issues as well, mainly being that the MCM menu won't ever show up. I will launch the game, wait for about 10 minutes and the menu will never show up, even after the console command of setstage SKI_ConfigManagerInstance 1. I was wondering if my load order was bad or if I just should install it manually instead.
