Yes!!!!!! You can adjust the ears. Even has goblin ears. The issue is that there arent as many skin tones for non human like in Bochu so you would have create a custom.

I just started playing with this and I have the same issue I had with Bochu. The default face has a huge gash on it and you have to manually set to No Scar. Its from High Poly head ESM and not the skyrim default. This may be specific to me and load order etc.
