SSE version added. I tweaked the skeleton a little since unfortunately you cant use sliders in this version until they fix Racemenu AE

Pubes I wanted to include but they didnt blend well with the no-down-angle aspect in play here. When sliders become usable again I can look at adding pubes with a slider since they look very different on the two models

Concluded update note

This enables a playable werewolf humanoid race using SAM body. I nicknamed it Teenwolf since that show was at its peak back when I first played around with the concept, but I guess just Wolf Hybrid works. Human behavior under the hood while fully werewolf in appearance

Slider support is included for Racemenu (LE only atm) users. Werewolf models were not designed for being chosen as a race in chargen mode, let alone having their own sliders so just know they work great for me, but I would need some feedback if you run into issues here. NOTE: Only use the "SAM Werewolf" slider tab I created for them. The others are meant for humans and wont end as expected for this model

Just a side project I hadnt touched for a while till recently and I felt got to the point it could be useful/interesting for release. If ya'll like this type concept and would like to see more stuff like this for both werewolves or other race models definitely drop a comment so I know Thanks to Vector and all authors who make neat stuff like this possible

Less interesting details in case helpful since I dont frequent the site very often

 

To enable use of all shields/torches/jewelry etc, I made this race capable of wearing any Default Race aka human gear. This means while you can technically wear anything, the only supported objects by this mod are those types. Anything could be refitted, like the Tsun Outfit I am showing in one of the screenshots, but these would all require doing so for the werewolf body. To be honest refitting has never been my strong suit but anyone is welcome to pitch in there if so inclined 😃  In case asked, the Tsun example is not what I would call a proper refit which is why I didnt include it. Its got clipping issues up close and also I didnt do that refit "by the book"

First Person could be fully supported but I kept this out for now since it requires replacing the native firstperson skeleton. Something I have been playing with to see if I could make it look fluid using the native skeleton. In the meantime I recommend 3rd person only just like werewolves only do anyway in the game already

To avoid burdening papyrus needlessly, the node sliders initialize at generic defaults aka coord settings arent scanned or tracked. This simply means if you want to re-adjust something, go ahead. It will snap back into sync with your edits after one tick

Saving/loading presets should be more or less the same process as we know. The only caveat there is you need to (re)choose your skin color manually if not wanting default dark. I had to go out of the box here to support skin retexes since Racemenu doesnt (?) seem to support skin texture swapping for any race. I went ahead and handled eye retexes and penis control on my side here too so those too may need re-apply after loading a preset

SSE-Friendly version available. Racemenu SSE appears broken for the time being however so until they fix that no slider support is available
