This Svein skin is great for SAM. But taste can not be denied if sometimes we want something similar but different. I'm not a fan of skin that has too many blemishes because on average I play Dragonborn whose life is more luxurious and clean. It seems that I also got some similar requests so I decided to publish a cleaner version of the skin.
The most important thing besides being clean, I have enhanced this skin in more detail as you can see in the picture. Fingernails also look clearer and more defined. Now you can pair this skin with SAM default face textures or any face compatible with SAM Light. I did not include the original facial textures because basically I only need the skin of the body.
The genitals are still smooth like original skin and honestly I don't have a problem at all because I don't like men who are too hairy. Light or Smooth is always my favourite.
If you really need body hair, please edit it yourself or use another skin because I don't want to bother for something that I don't need myself. This skin can serve as a base for editing as well.
