Atomic Muscle is a body replacer based on EVB and with the same idea as SAM ( 2 Major body sliders + Genital sliders).
2 body sliders only because its easier to refit, with the downside of simple customization but can still be combined with vanilla sliders to accomplish various body shapes.

Just install with your mod manager like any other regular mod. If you have any other male body installed for any reason, you may want to load this after it.
Since it comes with prebuilt meshes for vanilla outfits, you may want to load this before outfit replacers.

The load order for other mods, in your assets order (left panel if you are mo2 user) should be something like:

For the plugins order (right panel for mo2 users) You just want to load all the AM Bodygen plugins after MaleBodies.esm and UlfSkinOverlay.esp:

Once you have installed your body, you may want customize it right away. Open looksmenu by bringing the console up then use SLM 14 to open the looksmenu for the player character or while the console is up, left click on the npcs you want to open the looksmenu for (an id will show up on the center) and enter SLM SHOWED_UP_NPC_ID_HERE > Like SLM 24cdb3.
With the looksmenu interface up, select the Body option, then go to Advanced. There you may find some sliders you can make use of to customize your body.

During FOMOD installation you'll notice some options that will give you bodyslide files. Those are meant for modders only to be used on any projects they may have as i believe users shouldnt have to go through bodyslide, just to have a body functioning.
🌑 The regular naked projects can be used for skimpy outfits.
🌑 The Nevernude for non skimpy outfits (NOTE that you are free to customize the bulge slider on your outfit the way you want).
🌑 The Hands projects have the Nuka Bull and Nuclear Bodybuilder sliders on it to make the wrist more thicker and to match the body proportions more.
🌑 The NeverNude/Cut/Uncut + Hands projects are just meant to be used to make it easier to conform from outfits that cover both the wrist/hands and the forearms. You dont want to keep it on the end of your project depending on how the outfit looks like (because the hand textures are messed up in this one)

ANOTHER VERY IMPORTANT THING:
All the bodyslide projects, including the vanilla outfits, were added to a slider group, its called Atomic Muscle in bodyslide. You can directly DOWNLOAD HERE:

F4SE does matter. If its not working with 0.6.21, try with 0.6.20

Is there any way I can edit individual parts? I feel like the ass is too big and sticks out in a comedic way, they almost look like torpedo bras

Not in the moment. Individual sliders may come with body scale sliders for looksmenu in the future, but you have some alternatives for now:
1. Apply transforms to the skeleton.nif; so you can enter a percentage of how much you'd like to reduce the butt on the human skeleton
2. Manually edit the mesh in Outfit Studio; a bit advanced for end users, more aimed for modder's or people who know what they are doing.

not sure if this issue is related to this mod but.. when nude or wearing any of the skimpy outfits, my character still has the default white undies plastered onl.. any way to fix this?

TLDR; a regular user is frustrated and having problems getting things to work.

I couldn't figure out how to install The wide shoulders mod you pointed to, or perhaps I'm just over thinking this.

When I look at the manual download it shows three folders and they have *.bsd files. I couldn't find any instructions on what to do with a bsd other than it was some sort of combine of bodyslide presets. Where do they go? is this only for modders, so as a regular user this is not needed. I do pick the wide shoulders option, but i'm having some weird problems with my character body so i'm trying to follow the guide to see if it'll fix on it's own by doing so.

problems:

When naked the body is beautiful except there is NO PENIS, talk about a frightening picture i can't unsee.

I can wear a nude suit, but if i comes off i'm purple, or sometimes my body is missing and just my head floats.

I am reading number of posts on lovers lab, the discord, and hear that i may have various conflicts. Could you perhaps collect them so I can avoid installing them, such as:

  • Looks menu compendium
  • Using (some number over 1 ?) of Def_UI widgets OR having (some number over 1 ?) active mcg menus both cause CTDs with the animations.
  • Using AAF can cause crashes and also not using AAF can cause crashes seem to be problems
  • It seems I should use MO and not Vortex because I can't for the life of me understand how to set load order in Vortex that isn't based on LOOT and none of the adult mods are in loot.
  • Don't get me started on AAF and lovers lab items, looking at the UAP instructions seems like I SHOULD use the compatible animations/creature packs but there seem to be incompatible sets of them, and downloads that require you to use an older version of f4SE and the documentation on lovers lab is sketchy at best when it comes to older files. 
  • Are poses needed? I can't find any indication that I do need them. If I do install a set (or 4) which set should be used Dave's Poses seemed most recently published? What poses does UAP include if any?
  • it sounds like UAP should come last, after all of the other things it conflicts with. but in some of the responses to others it isn't last, so that's confusing.

I really want to play fallout, but i also want to have all the naughty bits, is it one or the other? in other words do I just use the game as a barbie doll simulator or can I actually play through the main quest and add on other quests and use these mods?

Easy there, one step at time ok?

First of all, dont use looksmenu customization compendium

If you want the wider shoulders from GS, you just need to download and install the BT skeleton from the optional section. Alternatively you can pick the wider shoulders from AM fomod installation

You said the body is not displaying correctly, perhaps you forgot to activate modding in fallout4custom l.ini:

A: You need to set up the archive invalidation. You want to add to fallout4custom.ini the following settings. (If you are using mo2 you need to open with ini editor/ everything else, you need to go to documents/fallout4 folder)

No Poses are necessary for UAP

Some animations are just oudated with zex skeleton causing bone stretching. Like zazout4 and farelle. Everthing else should be fine.

UAP comes last for gay only users. Every other instruction are for people who want to use UAP with bi anims and lesbian

MO2 is prefered because is the one i use and the one i can actively give support to

it`s not works for me at all. a dion`t understand this instructions. i have all required mods, oredered as u sad but nothing happening, no body changes and there is no penis

 

Any EVB Based Texture of your choice - do I need EVB or BodyTalk or just this textures u recomended only?

I definitely want to start off with high praises to you my friend, it's almost impossible to find a good male mode in the flood of cbbe clones, so thank you dearly for this. A question if have is increasing the penis size. I know the sliders control how erect and where it points, but I wanted to know is there was a way to make it longer and a little bigger. My issue that with some scenes due to how it curves it'll mostly just be the tip going in (i.e. cowgirl animations), but I'm not sure how to edit the penis mesh individually without screwing up the morphing skeleton or something. (It happened to me alot when I was trying to change the size of some penises from SOS on skyrim and trying to add pubes.)

Hello @Azazemon glad you've been liking!

If you purpose of making penis longer is to align animations, your best option is applying morph values to animationData.xml directly like what i've been doing with UAP development version. If you need more details how to work on this kind of alignment drop a DM in discord so i can better guide you, but here comes a short version of what you'd need to do:

lets say you want to align savage cabbage anims.

In this case i just added the Erection morph, but there are other possibilites where can help you align the penis. You can use the Erection Up for penis to angle up and the counterpart Erection Down. You can also use Penis Adjust to make the entire penis to rotate down which is very useful too.
Predicting values for alignment though is very difficult and make the workflow slower, so you can just enter the looksmenu for the actors while AAF is running and preview the slider values before you enter them in the animationData.xml.
Note that a value equal to 1 is 100%, 0.5 is 50% at same time you can enter values above 1 or below 0 (negative values) to help you align (which you will most of the times). For that matter, you can make use of this file which will make penis sliders extended. It'll unlock the penis sliders to have max of 3 (300%) and minimum of -3 (-300%) [For example, entering a value of -1 for Penis Adjust will make it rotate up instead of down]

Another tip i can give you, is that you can morph the own Erection morph ABOVE 100%. It'll make it sighlty distorted but larger, and since it would be in someone's else ass the distortion is not really noticeable during a intercourse.

Thank you for the advice, and this file; this will definitely come in handy just in general, so thank you again. I actually did morph the erection over 100 (building the body at 100 and then putting it at another 100 through the looksmenu in game), and while it does the trick it does leave my guy to walk around with the erection still going. That's more of me being spoiled by SOS being able to go flaccid and erect over time based on arousal lol. Don't mind me, but thank you again this'll definitely help.

I need your help because I am pretty sure I am doing something wrong with my mod installation. I've followed the mod installation order, also added the requirements but something is not working at all, and I need some clarifications.

1. Victoriam Line requirements in nexus mods said that I need Enhanced Vanilla Body and BodyTalk (In this section someone said that they are not necessary) , What should I do?

2. If I download clothing (from this forum), in which order I have to place them?.... before, after Atomic?

3. If I want to install face textures (the one in the game are horrible) where do I place them?

4. The characters in LooksMenu will be wearing regular clothes or naked?.. How do I know Atomic is working?

5. Everytime I tried to use "Clothing" option in LooksMenu.. the game crashes... Someone experienced the same?, Do you know how to prevent the issue? I would like to let my character use the clothing shared in this website.

Hello @JoshMPty

1. Victoriam Line just requires an EVB based body to work, so you just want to install Atomic Muscle as body replacer (which is based on EVB).

 

2. It depends, if its a vanilla replacer, after, else, the order doesnt matter. But i use to leave in the description which order your should set for each outfit

 

3. You better not do that. Face textures in this game is troublesome and can cause missmatch with other body textures

 

4. Looksmenu will open for the actor the way they are, clothed or not. You can use console commands to strip the actor (unequipall) or to access its inventory to unequip specific parts (openactorcontainer 4). I recommend to start customizing when you awake from the cryopod.

A sign that Atomic Muscle is working is that if you can see looksmenu advanced sliders having effect on the actor.

 

5. The clothes button in looksmenu is broken and needs fixing, dont press it. To wear clothes, youll be able to, by accessing your pipboy near to the event you are about to leave vault 111

Hi Guys,

I need some help, because I have made a mistake with my bodies in the game. I will try to explain the situation.

1. I started a new save with Nora as the player character, so I decided to use bodyslide to her a hot body.

2. In body slide I choose a preset and the I used the batch build option to apply to all vanilla outfits.

3 .The results, well, muy character has a good body and the female NPC as weel.

4. Male NPC all has Atomic muscle body (so far so good) everything is ok. But..

5. If I try to use an animation with AAF, the body of the male character change to the vanilla body (no erection) and the atomic muscle body go back when they redress with the standard clothing.

I am pretty sure my error was in the bodyslide... does anyone knoes how to fix something like this?... there is a way to revert the bodyslide change....???

Which mod manager you are using?
A way to see if the body is actually atomic muscle, is to open the looksmenu for a male character and see if the sliders take effect. OR you can just see if the body got the butthole i've sculpted.

Also, the bodyslide files are just for modders, so i suggest you to install atomic muscle without bodyslide support (the sliders will work all the same ingame with bodygen and looksmenu sliders).

I am using Mod Organizer 2.0..

First test I did with my companion (I've applied a LooksMenu Preset created in an old save using Atomic Muscle sliders)

The slides in LooksMenu seems to be working. So, proceed with an animation and nothing changed.... (staring with him stripped or dressed, the body didn't change).... WEIRD 😞

Second Test: I move to diamond city and talk to Vadim. If you look, the dressed body looks bulky... like atomic muscle.

So I moved to animation, and now I can reproduce the issue:

Now, his body is not bulky anumore, and look at the hand... is like the slider values are gone and he goes back to vanilla proportions.

When the animations ends, everything is restored.

It also happen with settlers, residents and other NPC.

Alright @JoshMPty i need you to do the following. Go to the Data tab of your mod organizer and browse through Meshes/Actors/Character/Character Assets and see which mod is providing the malebody.nif and malebody.tri
Like this:

Note that in my case, the files are being provided by Atomic Muscle itself
If you cant see which mod is providing the said file, you need to expand the MOD column, like this:
