If I'm understanding your question correctly, then the answer is...

The only time you would want to use SOS and SAM together is if you are trying to give female bodied characters schlongs (through SOS) while using SAM for male bodies (and genitals). And even then, the only SOS files you would enable would be the SOS core .esm file + equipable schlongs (or whatever SOS addon you are using specifically for the female bodies).

BUT if you only want males to have schlongs - then use SAM **OR** SOS - not both. SAM adds it's own schlongs to males (and only males) and does not need SOS to do that.

Otherwise, yes, the best you can hope for is strange results with graphical errors.

Are you using both SAM and SOS at the same time? If so, uninstlal one.. specifically SOS, since SAM is newer and it's supported and will have future updates.

and in SAM to make a random setting for all male characters? And then in the settings SAM can be only one type of set up for men!
