NPC goes disappear

when i start the game all male npc goes disappear i have been using SAM for a while.. But i delete my skyrim compltyle i re-install all mods now i have that issue..ALL male npcs disappearing how can ı fix it ? My character fine and textures are perfect but only problem npcs disappearing slowly like 2 second..Sorry my native langue isnt english i hope u guys dont judge me

now its happening for some npcs they arent disappering any more but some of them has hand issue

You need to install HDT Physics Extension,

Install it before XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended.
