Mod conversion request foe SSE

I'll start off by saying I really wish I had the skills and understanding to do this myself and offer it up to the wonderful people here. But in spite of my efforts, I have so far been unable to get all these programmes to work... even a little bit. I managed to get exactly one armour to load up in Body slide/ outfit... and only once managed to make any alterations, and though saved, I have no idea where it saved and there were no changes in-game. Everywhere I look, I see mention of just how easy it all is, so I'm left feeling rather incompetent 🙂
