Cant use the mod

When i dropthe zip archive(High Poly head mod) into my mod manager (Vortex) the installation starts and everything seems finde but when i want to start my game it just starts loading and after a few seconds it stops, Maybe someone knows how i fix this problem.

Actually I want to install this same mod. However, I'm new to all this and am unaware of how to put said mod file into vortex in the first place.
