Help fixing and converting a mod

There is an armor mod I like on the nexus, Sithis Armour - Special Edition at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community but it does not work with HDT. I was wondering if anyone here would know how to fix it and how to convert it to SAM. Am willing to learn but am a total noob and would be extra grateful if someone could do it for me 😉

I know it's not the typical armor you see on this site but you guys are some of the best I know for fixing these issues

Just a little update, I think I have refitted it correctly but the physics is still a problem. The hoods and masks now seem to work right, half the torso has been fixed but the boots don't move at all, completely static
