how to create a sword in skyrim ?

Hello, this has always been a forum where I have found great mods and help, I want to get started in the modeling world.
Could you help me learn?
I want to put in Skyrim a sword from the Warframe game, it was called Gram Prime.

I would very much appreciate if you could help / guide me.
I have light programming knowledge.
I imagine it is to start by having the 3d model of the sword to adopt it to skyrim?

The guide is very outdated. As I see the file trees of the game still changed, despite everything I went on and did this, I will continue to do so
