Feminine male body

Hey guys, Im using sam light with sos patch thanks to SavrenX and all people put effort in this. I love mods but I cant make them look feminine. I want my character look feminine but its not easy or Im noob enought to do it.. Is there any way to get rid of muscles? I want something skinny like this.
