SAM/XPMSE sliders Issue

So, I am new to this mods and saw its compatibility with XMPSE, so I tried to get a character to have a similar body style to an image I had found, but the body scales sliders in RaceMenu have no effect on the body. I was wondering if anyone had a fix for this.

There isn't much to go on based on the info provided.  The XPMSE sliders for RaceMenu scale different parts of the skeleton.  The scripts specifically check to see if the XPMSE skeleton is used.  Based on your mod load order, this check may fail if another skeleton (like SAM's) is overriding the XPMSE skeleton.
