Dumb Question, Kinda New Here...

I've downloaded the Legacy Skimpy Armor (among other mods) but none of them show up in my inventory. Am I messing something up?

the legacy skimpy armor is just a vanilla replacer so you'll find them on npcs. As for other armor mods, i suppose you can craft some but others you'll need to spawn via console.
