I need help with sam morphs race menu

Well i don't know how to open the npc race menu, i target the npc then i open the magic menu and i select 'Sam Morphs (Target)' Spell then i close the magic menu with the option apparently activated but nothing happens.

It isn't an active spell so i don't know how to make any of the three spells that sam morphs gives work.

What i need to do, am i doing something wrong?

I already have UIExtensions mod too.

It's a targeted spell (shout).  Approach a male NPC in talking distance and use the spell (shout key).  A mini RaceMenu should open up.  This looks best in 1st person mode.
