Trick for far better patching in SSE

Hello everyone,,

Ive been testing this and it works great.  Sure we can merge patches, but thats often not a great idea because it messes up load order, forcing the merged patch below where it needs to be.  This method allows placing patches directly below what they patch in load order, whilst still removing the patch from counting against the 255 plugin limit. :D

I've already got about 27 patches that met the criteria, and many of them would have been slightly borked as a traditional merged patch. 
This only works in SSE because oldrim doesnt have ESL's, and thus no pseudo-ESL's either. ?
