SAM leg texture

Hello! I recently noticed whilst playing Skyrim that the Sam body has a strange issue. In between the legs it appears as a shine affect but there is text linking to website or showing somebody's name,

I've never got the chance to make it out entirely.

I am using a textures Ixums textures but I don't know if that would be the cause of it, I checked all the DDS files and I could find anything like that.

I even checked original SAM so I'm not sure, I havent done extensive in game testing but it is real.
