Problems with genitalia textures, need help

What could be causing this to happen? I thought it could be due to sos, but I removed all genital textures and disabled sos mods. I use sam light

The textures you are using are probably not compatible with SAM Light. Test some other textures you like from the download section that are for SAM Light specifically.
