SAM for Eltmer Mod?

Is it possible for SAM to be compatible with the Eltmer race mod? The textures are different from vanilla, but the loincloth is still there for some reason despite the fact that there are penis textures in the mod file. I'd like to find a way to change that, but I just don't know how.
