High Poly Head download

How do I know which file to download or do I have to download all of them?  Sorry, first time I've ever heard of this type of mod.

Hi there! Unless you need a specific version (because some other mod requires it, and told you which version to get,) you can just download the latest file for either SE or LE. I think it's version 1.4. Get the one that says LE if you're playing Oldrim, and the SE one if you're playing Special Edition.
