Help! Follower's face becomes distorted when he talks

Hello I downloaded this follower from the screenshot but found out he was made for LE so I used NIF Optimizer clicked the face option and the conversion ran without errors. When I installed the follower in my game his body wasn't the same and when talks a bunch of odd lines and shapes appear in the screen. 

 

Can someone please help me out?
