I am new I need a list of the mods  and where from I can get them so that i can change the out look of my game as per as intended by the standard of this community .

This topic explains how the installation is done. On page 3 you have a custom tutorial of mine. The mods you can find here or on the NEXUS website. You need the nexus mod manager to install all the mods and their requirements, do not forget to always read the mods requirements.
