Sooooo I was looking for a way to convert some mods from fallout 4 to skyrim, is it possible? If so can anyone do it, or explain me how to do it?

This is the mod that I want to convert! But it seems complicated... my bet is that I need to convert the .nif to skyrim somehow that i have no idea how pointing to the textures and create a new .esp?
