SAM options not showing up

I've installed sam and other necessary mods for it to work but for some reason the SAM options such as genital size don't show in the character creator. it only shows 'sos erection' can anyone help please? I messed around a bit with the old sos beforehand which I think caused the issue.

For the longest time I was having the same issue as you; it's not very clear, but where you actually wanna go to change your SAM configurations is in the MCM, I believe? Everything should be in there.
