Thought there might be people in this community interested, so posting a link my upload on Nexus.

This only works on SSE with Tempered Skins for Males combined with SOS Full. The author of zEBD has a config file for SOS Lite.

It might be possible to create something similar for SAM Lite users but would need a skin texture pack that contains multiple options.
