Refitting Armor with Cloth Physics

So thanks to Air's guide on refitting I'm able to refit a bunch of outfits for Sam Light on SE, but I when trying to refit an outfit with pre-existing cloth physics, once I build the outfit in BodySlide, my refits do show up in game but the cloth no longer moves. I'm wondering if there's anything I forgot to do?
