Modded Skyrim Crashing plz help

So I seem to be crashing in all the major cities. idk about towns yet bc i havent really tested them yet. I have a feeling it is one of my mods for S.A.M but idk could be as simple as a mod incompatibility that i have not noticed. Also, I'm using Wrye Smash, so it wont let me modify the load order unless LOOT modifies it. I use it to install my mods bc it's what i'm versed in. Maybe I'm missing something, but these should all be compatible since im running safety load and crash fixes on top of my load order. Also, its important to note, im very new to S.A.M., just switched over to it last night. it could also be a memory issue, currently, i have my reservedmemsizemb in enblocal or 512. idk if im doing anything wrong, ive never modded skyrim this heavily.

So far, i have tried:
running in windowed mode
running both in 1080p and 720p with no difference
uninstalling and reinstalling recently installed mods
fixing as many incompatibilities as i can find

Specs:
 I5 @ 2.6 Ghz
Nvidia MX150 with 6 GB VRAM
8 GB GDDR4 RAM

Didnt look closely at the load order but I also know these questions often dont get replied to here so figured could mention a couple things

Assuming you are just getting started with all this, one big thing I imagine most dont know is CTDs often dont have anything to do with plugins but rather models attempting to load but cannot for whatever reason. Those models may be determined by the plugins or they may be determined by your folder/BSA load order.  A common culprit is a skeleton is used that doesnt support the nodes/bones that clothing or skin has, and this includes genitals. Penises use mostly non-vanilla bones so if those are being called on someone that doesnt have a skeleton with those nodes to support it = Instant CTD

Plenty of other possibilities too just much make sure SAM or XPMSE skeleton is definitely the one the game is seeing and another mod didnt overwrite those so you can rule that one out

I cant see any obvious conflicts with what mods im using, just went back through my entire mod list a couple times. weird thing is, if i disable everything related to sam, my crashing stops, so something is conflicting with sam somewhere in my mod list i just dont know where yet. ive also tested my sam mods individually, and none of the sam mods are the cause of the crashing. i have a feeling its one of my armor mods or possibly one of the replacers but idk
