Modification of genitalia through racemenu with SAM

Hi :D. I search a way to have a better control of the penis shape of my character through racemenu ; i would like to be able to increase the width of it and the size of the balls more than what the MCM is allowing me to do, but i couldn't find any way to do it so far ><. Is someone knowing a way to to use SAM body with at the same time the possibility to have more control on the customization of the genitalia ? I  have the sos racemenu plugin installed with xpmse, but it do nothing more than moving the schlong upward or downward.
