Broken Textures

I have skyrim set up with the sam light and texture pack but i downloaded and installed the SOS + Sam patch by DON for SE into LE without realizing. So i unistalled it and now every texture is bugged with a red triangle error on the body and purple faces. 

How do i fix this ?
