Wrists don't appear???

So Im just installing the SAM mod and when I turn up the Samuel scale my characters wrists and fingers are missing. I tried everything I know to fix it; using the latest updated Netimmurse and Racemenu. Nothing works to fix it.

Aannnnd I figured out whats wrong. The HDT Physics Extensions mod fixed my problem!

I did follow the instructions and order my mods a certain way that matches the one provided with the tutorial.
