The only drawback are the long & short belts that you don't have the option to enable clothing as revealing armor in sos menu, that is, when your character equips a belt, the crotch will have a hole (without visible schlong)

I don't use Sos penis, so I don't have this problem. You can try putting on body equipment and see if there is a penis
