Outfit Leveled Lists Expansion Framework


Description

A lightweight and simple framework which fixes some inconsistency and minor bugs of leveled lists containing armors, clothings or headwears in Fallout 4.

Besides, it also expands the leveled lists for more NPCs and hence contributes to more varied leveled list injection. Without other injection, this framework barely changes what NPCs wear by itself. 

Generally this framework can be considered as a bug fix mod and optionally serve as a modder resource. 

Requirement

Fallout 4 basegame + Automatron + Nuka World + Far Harbor. 

Compatibility

If you are using any outfit replacer mods (such as Look At Me - Institute Edition), then let them overwrite my esp so they will take effects. 

If you are using any DLC item distribution mods (such as DLC Leveled List Integration and Rebalance), then let them overwrite my esp so they will take effects. 

For Infamous's Combined Tweaks and Changes or Eli's Armour Compendium, let mine overwrite them. 

Features

Fixes

  1. Fixes regarding leveled lists of armors, clothings and headwears from Unofficial Fallout 4 PatchLeveled Item Framework (LIF) and Infamous's Combined Tweaks and Changes are mostly forwarded. 
  2. Fixes from Wastelander Outfit UFO4P Patch are forwarded. Therefore, the Settlers will use the correct leveled list for their outfits. You don't need that mod if you use mine. 
  3. Fixes from Randomized Diamond City Guard Outfits are forwarded. Therefore, the Diamon City Security will use all the possible armor pieces from basegame instead of only a few. You don't need that mod if you use mine. 
  4. Moved global "Chance None" for a leveled item form to each of its "leveled list entries". Therefore, newly injected items will not be affected by the global "Chance None" value and hence have more control over item spawning chance.
  5. Added flag "Calculate from all levels <= player's level" to most apparel leveled lists where suitable. Therefore, newly injected items can be given a different spawning level other than 1. 
  6. Corrected and rearranged the leveled lists regarging clothings, headwears and armors for Container, Vendor Shops and Loots. Therefore, newly injected items will have higher chance to appear alongside vanilla ones. 
  7. Fixed outfit leveled list for Railroad NPCs with flag "Calculate from all levels <= player's level". But it doesn't affect vanilla progression. As a result, newly injected items will continue to spawn randomly and will not be overwritten by vanilla higher spawning level items.
  8. Fixed outfit leveled list for BoS Soldier NPCs with flag "Calculate from all levels <= player's level". But it doesn't affect vanilla progression. As a result, newly injected items will continue to spawn randomly and will not be overwritten by vanilla higher spawning level items.
  9. Fixed outfit leveled lists for Raider and Raider Boss NPCs with flag "Calculate from all levels <= player's level". But it doesn't affect vanilla progression. As a result, newly injected items will continue to spawn randomly and will not be overwritten by vanilla higher spawning level items. 
  10. Fixed outfit leveled lists for Gunner and Gunner Boss NPCs with flag "Calculate from all levels <= player's level". But it doesn't affect vanilla progression. As a result, newly injected items will continue to spawn randomly and will not be overwritten by vanilla higher spawning level items. 
  11. Fixed obsolete outfit leveled list for Far Harbor NPCs. Now they will choose outfits from a mix of basegame and far harbor ones. 

More info concerning "Vanilla Progression":

In basegame some leveled lists contain multiple armors or clothings but each entry therein has a different minimum spawning level.

For example, the raider final outfit leveled list has 3 entries with different minimum levels: level 1, level 4 and level 14, and the higher the minimum level the better the armors, headwears or clothings. When actor level is between 1 and 4, then this leveled list will only output the level 1 entry. When actor level is greater than 14, then this leveled list will only output the level 14 entry with a better combination of armors, headwears or clothings. So this is so-called "vanilla progression". 

The problem with leveled list injection is that if you inject your clothings into this leveled list, you must inject thrice if you want your clothings to appear from level 1, otherwise your clothings will never appear after level 4. So this problem got fixed in this framework, and furthermore, we are not limited to level 1, level 4 or level 14 these vanilla tier settings anymore, since you can even inject your items at level 30 and it just works. However this framework doesn't break vanilla progression and you can still maintain this progression by injecting your items into the proper leveled lists.

This mod adds several new leveled lists intended for more options when adding leveled list injection. It mainly focuses on those respawnable NPCs, so most unique or named NPCs will not be affected. 

Institute
