Help with Floating Body

I've got trouble with this floating body issue. It's not often but it always happened when loading in and out of cells, and in specific places. I've had Atomic Muscle. Ulfberth Skin Overlay, AAF and UAP and all of their requirements and installed them according to the mod's author precisely but still the issue came, and the only way to fix it was by using console disable, then enable. Anyone could help me with this?

 

My PC is quite old,

Quad-Core i5 @ 3.2 Ghz, Radeon HD 7970 3GB Vram and 16GB RAM. Played it in medium settings with vanilla textures.

This happens to me as well. i've never been able to fix it but going into inventory and giving them an outfit will make their worn outfit show up again. This also happens to bodies I've killed that I have already looted before or bodies that spawn dead.
